Great show off
With every video, and news update i learn more and more about the game and all it has put into it. I must say its turning out to be like no other mmorpg game ive played. Im a fan of fps too, so this has the best of both worlds. I bought the pre-order so i hope i get the beta access soon. Im dying to try it out!

What makes this game different then planetside? What will hold the gamers attention long term and what non run n' gun gaming aspects are there?

Planetside = MMOFPS, pure PVP, counterstrike like game mechanics and twitch gamer feel, little to no relevant story
Tabula Rasa = MMORPG in 3rd person shooter, toon development and unlocking, handles like PC version of max payne minus bullettime but with a sticky reticule (kinda like heavy autoaim), mission and story driven
Yes both games have laser guns but they are different genres. The difference between the two is the difference between CS and Starcraft. preorder is 10 bucks, try it out yourself.
